The Five-Year Plan

The official record of what the Republic has achieved, what it is building and what it has solemnly promised. Dates are binding, mostly.

Illustration: A person with a prosthetic leg stands with a backpack, lost in thought. Drawn in white lines on black; where it meets the prism at the screen edges or under your pointer, the white lines blend softly into pastel rainbow colours.

Nature mode is on. The page looks as if it is seen through a curved prism: near the top and bottom of the screen, and in a circle around your pointer, white softly melts into pastel rainbow colours and other colours take on a gentle tint of their own spectrum. Content in the middle of the screen is not distorted.
